I was very disappointed with this business after I had a legitimate complaint with a warranty faucet. I have to note at the outset, in the meantime I was happy to shop here and recommend them to others - I haven't done so ever since. I went in with the problematic goods, invoice, letter of guarantee, I couldn't even tell my problem, without a word a phone number recorded on a piece of paper was pressed into my hand, saying it was my job to contact the manufacturer's service. Yet NO. Fortunately, they solved the proneme with maximum correctness! In my opinion, it is not only the duty of a trader to sell the goods, but also, by law, to enforce the warranty and guarantee claim towards the buyer.🤨
