Please do not call this company, their customer service is awful. Called them up once to order the taxi and the person on the line was rude and laughed at me. They told me 'i don't have time for this'. Mind, it's the phone operators that are rude the drivers were nice. The problem is, that once you call the number you need luck for someone to send a cab to you. If the operator is not in mood, they will just hang up on you just like they did on us. The worst taxi company in Miskolc, use another one.

I would have gotten to order a car in yesterday’s storm, the kind dispatcher lady apologized for not being able to send a car unfortunately, but she tried to help me by giving me another company’s phone number, even though I heard a lot of calls coming to her. They couldn't send me at the other taxis either, in the end I called this company again because the dispatcher was so helpful. Thirdly, he managed to send me a car. Thank you very much in retrospect!
