a bad joke about. 4 banks jarok regularly (as a small entrepreneur) but what is going on here is the cabaret. nonsense. any other bank just don't do it. You will change as soon as I know. arrogant uninteresting attitude of not greeting is just icing on the cake.

I have to sadly see how the attitude of a bank administrator can affect the judgment of an enterprise (in this case, Erste Bank). I wanted to ask for help with my credit card at the bank branch, but I found a degree of disinterest and attitude on the part of the agent that I decided to immediately cancel my credit card. Unfortunately, this did not go smoothly, as it turned out that I was able to transfer my overpayment on my credit card to my account led by another bank, but that he / she is not able to cancel the credit card because of the (high) credit line, only the center can cancel it. Since I didn't want to cooperate with me in any way, I was forced to ask the bank for help in writing as a complaint. Obviously the bank will not bankrupt my few million forints credit card termination, but from now on the bank has put me and my immediate environment in the category to be avoided (along with the two companies where I initiated the elimination of accounts led by the bank, whose turnover is already several hundred times my I had a small credit card account). And that's all because of an administrator.

Every time I went in, it was never my turn. 12 people were waiting for me, I was standing there for half an hour, but no one was waiting for me. Then I got bored and left because I was just starting to work. But I saw that I was not done in an hour and I was late for work. And the staff walked down there in front of me, at least to discuss who was going to lunch and not go at once ...
