UniCredit Bank

Now (many problems with them) I tried to pick up a payment from a vending machine or pay by credit card in the mail, it was rejected everywhere! Of course there is money on the card limit ok etc. I called the bank after 15 minutes they picked up but the lady couldn't help switching to another department for another 15 minutes so after waiting for half an hour I even found out that there was a problem with card payment, using the cards, working on it and already on the website! I don't understand in this case why they don't notify customers by email, sms etc! If I'm in the middle of a big shopping, I'm not going to look at the website to see if I can pay with my credit card that has enough money, but I'll pack up my cart and go to the checkout. Well, I'll have a good time there! Well "thank you" UniCredit! I do not recommend this bank to anyone !!

In addition to CIB, UNICREDIT is the most lame and unfortunate bank in Hungary! The service is slow, you can pay in the vending machine one by one, you can’t deal with the phone customer service right away, and then it will be fulfilled later, then tomorrow, they say! It is 2020, why are they here in the country, we should think about this and pull it into the pi..ba!
