Zero discretion is a hell of a slow process. There is no information desk sitting here and waiting for the miracle. 3 of 6 counters are closed! Your legal OTP is Master Csányi ... While on duty, another waiting customer goes to the counter and interrogates and the otp employee answers his / her question instead of distracting him / her. Shout out the information to each other so everyone knows the customer is just borrowing. I've never seen anything like this in the world!

I was in the account a little after 8 this morning, I wanted to deposit money into my own account. I was called to counter number 3 with the number 001, where the clerk was kindly chatting with someone, so I didn't really get to the counter. The young lady sitting at Table 2 called on Lady 5 to “take over the customer” ..... I walked over to Lady 5 but nothing happened, she didn't greet me and I didn't really look at me ..... and then she still didn't look at me and said back to Lady 2 that "aren't you directing me?" All the while, speaking of me as if they weren't even there. I came out without any administration. I wish you all the best for the lady working in the account on December 20, 2017 from 8am to 8:10 am.
