As I entered the security guard greeted me and asked what he could do to help. The waiting time is almost minimal. I had 2 clerks and they were terribly kind. I told everything in great detail. A homeless uncle came in during the administration and apparently could not stay inside, they were given a cookie before it was sent out. Seeing the evaluation, I kept to see what would happen if I went in, but I was only willing to help.

They are unable to process a simple transfer without error. Reluctant, unprepared, rude staff.

They really do their best to win the worst bank title. The work ethic of the young, inexperienced staff is below criticism, professionally and in customer care, the standard is deep below the frog’s bottom. I wonder why management ignores the plethora of consistent negative criticisms.

They're doing everything they can to get the worst bank title. The work ethic is, I think, under criticism, deep in customer management under the frog's ass ... I'd be curious why you want to be a barker here ...

"System failure" and incompetence are too common. After the departure of the best and most experienced staff, the standard has deteriorated, reluctant, unprepared employees predominate.
