I had to wait longer for a case because all the clerks were busy on the subject. But an clerk came out to the customer area, apologized for having to wait, and wondered if he could help. I said he asked the clerk out of turn (not a specific customer data question), he answered and we were ready.
Right little bank branch, but I'm only bound by free wifi if I bring my girlfriend in.
