It is terrible the way unfortunate mourners are treated. Especially a woman named Melinda who is disgusting and instructive. After the funeral, the mourners keep their hands on everything, even though they have been paid, to the funeral director.

I would like to refute the previous post. Because yes, both ladies are helpful, compassionate, kind, cute. They were able to help me in everything, their every request was fulfilled unconditionally, as I wanted on this difficult day. All the institutions were smooth thanks to the two ladies. They produced proper behavior, there was no awkwardness or ugly speech. The tone was also appropriate and the man was not educated. In fact, I dare say the opposite, that the two ladies will do their best to make the day right.

We were maximally satisfied with the administration! The funeral also went according to plan! The ladies were kind, polite and helpful with us! We didn't have any bad experiences ... who could listen to the other side there too! I strongly recommend them!

It is a shame that only the Candlelight can bury from the Plank Church. One of their clerks, Melinda, speaks in a phlegmatic and unacceptable tone to the mourners. He does everything he can to make customers hate Candlelight for a lifetime.

Rough, unpleasant, rude, administration. It is outrageous the way mourners are treated and do not respond to real complaints from real people. Better to avoid.
