The 'double' room was rather small, but perfect for one. It and the bathroom were freshly decorated and beautifully clean. Shared kitchen facilities for making tea etc. were most welcome. The hosts are warm and welcoming, going out of their way to be helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and generous. I would definitely recommend staying there if you are in the Miskolc area.

I am staying for a week during a conference at the University of Miskolc. Our hosts, Janos and Maria, are so kind and helpful. The breakfast delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Kedvenc Vendeghaz for your stay in Mickolctapolca.

We spent two nights with friends in the Favorite Guesthouse. The rooms are very nice, impeccably clean and well equipped, the little things have been taken care of with the equipment (eg distributors at the bed and table, shutters, small pillows + big pillows ...). The kitchen was also well equipped, the breakfast was plentiful and very delicious (with its own locally baked bread). The hospitality of the owner couple is unique :) We strongly recommend the accommodation to everyone!
