I do not understand why they cannot say correctly that they need more time at the beginning. We talked to nine in the morning, the tire change. I took it in time and when they took over they said it was about. 1 hour. After an hour and a half, when I went back, they didn't start with a simple rubber replacement. I understand that they have a lot of work, but why don't they tell them they need more time. Why are they stating that they will be ready? How do you trust man in them?
