The speed of administration is below criticism ... It wasn't the fastest post office before Covid either, but what I'm experiencing lately is deeply outrageous! Mail and parcel delivery and collection can be arranged at a single counter. A serpentine queue, endless waiting and yet unwilling to open another job! Outrageous!
