WOW, what a bad experience! Customer Service is something this lady at the sales point for books, envelopes, ... has never heard of. Maybe these are civil servants without any possibility of getting fired. Why else would she be reluctant to sell stuff she is supposed to sell to us? And beware if you set a point wrong on the letter. This bad teacher will tell you how to do things right. Unfortunately not in a nice way at all. I am sorry for the people in need of this post office every day. Hungarian Post, there are 1000 ways to treat people better than this!!!

Dear staff, fast service.

It is very rare to have to wait a lot, usually within 5 minutes my serial number follows. Maybe just because I’ve always been here at a good time. Otherwise not a very nice post office, it is on the floor of an old building in need of renovation, but its great advantage is its location.
