My worst nightmare.

Kind, fast administration. When a problem arose, it was also handled very quickly and kindly, even though they made a mistake.

Opening hours are not listed well. It was already closed at 6pm today instead of 7pm.

Well-organized customer-centric service. Everyone wears a mask. If a lot of customers arrive, the out and out are organized.

They can't pick up the phone if they call them 1000 times a day !!!
