I don’t even know which mistake I should start this review with. If the weather is a little windier, it may be raining, it may be minus degrees, the internet is already breaking up, where it is where it is not ... On the phone they always just say that the week they look, they have never come so far. There was a lack of quality internet even under completely normal everyday conditions and I think the question rightly arises in me. Why call themselves a service provider when in most cases they don’t provide anything? Obviously, when these problems exist, you have to pay for the "broken internet" the same way as if it worked, we pay essentially nothing ... In the near future I will switch providers, it can't get any worse than that.

The quality of service is zero. Internet is slow, doesn't work, 90% of TV channels are unseen. No one can be reached on the phone if they still respond phlegmatically, doing nothing to correct it. I am a resident of Győrújbarát and we are already waiting for the spring Telekom digital cable. Those who have a Village TV subscription here will switch. I do not recommend to anyone!

Modern showroom, 500Mbit service is actually an intranet network. Most likely, thousands of users will be served from barely a few gigabits of bandwidth. Somehow, their revenue of 1 billion is not enough to properly serve one of the most expensive services in Hungary. It is interrupted, stuttered 10-20 times a day, foreign services are unavailable or extremely slow. The only service that always works is the speed measurement provided by speedtest sites. It would be worth investigating how much EU money has disappeared here.

That one star is a lot of what they do in these 2 days ... I sat by the phone for 2.5 hours trying to talk to them about why there was no internet, but they didn’t even turn on. I can't do the curriculum without the internet, yet they don't give any proof as to why I can't submit the exam work on time, so who should I be responsible for ???? At least they would write out "Sorry the net isn't working well on it" and at least email it to the school !!!

They provide terribly slow and unstable internet, plus at a horror price. I do not recommend to anyone. You can't even order a simple net from them, just by connecting goods to your phone and TV.
