I turned to them with a simple question and request. It’s one thing that only one middle-aged lady was still waiting as a customer. He soon graduated indoors and then two clerks, as the most natural thing in the world, had a more in-depth relationship with their cell phones. One of them, walking up and down, started to make phone calls, the other sat, squirming his cell phone - then it was at my great grace. Although he wouldn't have done ... I used to meet (thankfully!) Such a grandiose woman in an arrogant style (deliberately not a lady, as it is a completely different category). There was a dissuasive, instructive response to my question, with childish giggling cross-questions. It’s shocking how a Vodafone can employ an individual who communicates with their customers in this style. When I became a customer of the classic Vodafone more than 20 years ago, your lady could have pushed the butterfly of a clicking wing past the sandbox of one of the playgrounds ... and today, she could be an employee of today’s Vodafone. Where is this world going ...?

One would think that in the morning, as many people work at such times, he quickly completes his case. Unfortunately not. Even then, the store is full, there is a lot of waiting, there are few clerks, there is no air, the business premises are small. The speed of the administration is medium and, while waiting for the customer service, it doesn't deserve any better. Basically, there is also a lack of what should be taught to all companies in Hungary, how to deal with customers. For my own case, I was in line after waiting for about 15 minutes and since I wasn’t “problematic” I finished in 5 minutes. The clerk’s work deserves 5/3 because he didn’t even ask if I wanted proof of what I gave back and it’s complete. There is still room for improvement.
