On New Year’s Eve 2019, we spent 2 nights there in a ground floor room. Room with tv was basically okay. What I didn’t like was that the electricity kept going away and then after a while it was turned back on, but it was only for a short time. Luckily we took a flashlight with us so we didn’t have to stumble in the dark. Of course, watching New Year's Eve TV was not possible. In principle, there was Wi-Fi, but there was practically no signal strength or speed, so we couldn't watch anything on our phone. The price of the reservation included breakfast and dinner, but it was not a great experience, it was like the place where we could eat. Staff (male) at least missed a career, I assume he has no hospitality knowledge.

At first I wanted to give it 2 stars because of the clean room and nice service as well as the location, but at checkout we were hit with a lot of unexpected costs (parking, noname 2cl brandy, high season in mid-September), so let’s stay with that one star. - Canteen quality dinner - Insect repellent breakfast - Roaring radio from poor quality speakers (muted from 10 to 9 on request ...), - Dilute soap juice in the palmolive hand wash, - Meter brown soaking in the bath - Lack of shower and soap dispensers and any shelf, - Non-ventilated fan in the toilet - Lack of table and refrigerator, - Neglected grassy garden with gravel, gravel parking lot where the suitcase cannot be pulled, - Ashtrays in the same place are not emptied - Unflavoured furniture, - Morning canal smell in the whole room (???) - Total lack of isolation: loud street noise from the main road, snoring and talking from next door, - Connector only on one side next to the bed I would close the whole place as soon as possible with new management after 2 years of renovation, tidying up under a different name. It was an amazing experience, I hope foreign guests do not take this as a basis in the country. Shame.

Dear Audience! We had a reservation for 3 days 2 nights .. Total 40 minutes! He became the “Lord” of the receptionist, who was also the operator, in addition to the forced good professionalism, a real arrogant, Alpine, condescending man. Correcting the thing, intelligently, I asked for another, which was equally stained and smelly, of course not expressing his dislike. , hearing the style, we'd rather come, rather than waiting for dinner. The photo of the Sárvár thermal bath is copied on the website of the hostel, a total deception and misleading .. Especially for those who are not local and have no local knowledge of where they belong! The answer to this question was: “haven’t you seen anything like this yet ?, little money little football”. We do not recommend this “hostel” to anyone. In the 21st century, KI ENGED, KI AD, such an accommodation place license? Which body ??? The whole parade .. In the center of the city, in the heart of the famous Sárvár ... Faced with the style, in case of any further atrocities, we will of course move on!

The hotel is repulsive from the outside, crumbling from the street. The yard is weedless as if we were in the field! Nevertheless, you have to pay a parking fee in your own inner yard, which is not indicated in advance, plus you can park for free in the area, outrageous! Reception is practically non-existent, unreachable by phone. Despite the fact that in the preliminary information a lady working there said that only the weekend is extra, a daily supplement of 2000 HUF / person was charged during the week, even from the children. According to them, it would cost orders of magnitude more on weekends than advertised or paid. sold on every portal advertised! This is the real pull! The rooms are nice, the breakfast is good. Half board is theoretically possible, practically at 10 o'clock it is not possible to know what the choice is, because they bring something from somewhere for 1800 HUF / person! Anyway, it could even be good for the surroundings!

In light of the reviews we read, we were a little skeptical about the accommodation, but we have the most positive experiences: - clean linen there was hot water - spacious room - clean room / toilet - fair breakfast compared to the price - direct and helpful staff - central location We recommend that the hotel place more emphasis on ensuring that hidden costs (parking, special periods, ifa) are equally available on all surfaces, as they cannot be found on booking.com, only on the coupon page. Or it would be worth mentioning that each room also has a bathroom, as this was not clear on the web surfaces. It is worth paying attention to the costs to be paid, because there is no need to pay the IFA until the end of the year, and there is no need to pay a parking fee for those arriving by car when leaving.
