Easy, fast, secure with time booking

I have repeatedly experienced the unfriendly, condescending manners of the employees. I don't like to take care of my affairs with them.

The administration is terribly slow and cumbersome. The waiting time, even if no one is on the waiting list, is terribly long, which in itself would not be a problem if 40% of the people working there were not inaccurate in terms of the success of the administration.

I sit in front of 3 clerks who talk about ordering lunch and then book using their SZÉP card. We are going through social media quickly. I work in a place like this, but we keep the backoffice staff here. I know how to deal with the customer, because I don't tie my horse (which can cause them to call me every week), we just do paperwork, but believe me, it's just as much a wait one month to wait for me to arrange things.
