Erste Bank fiók

The bank workers are kind, the account was quickly opened for my German husband despite the language difficulties (unfortunately I couldn’t be there). BUT!!!! My phone number if we call, we waited more than 45 minutes after a gentleman told us he couldn’t help. So............

The ATM does not get 1 star either. It is a deposit-paying machine and I travel 2 times to travel 35 km to pay my credit and the automatic deposit feature does not work

I gave up after waiting 21 minutes !! I was waiting for the clerk to be connected !!! Shame on the bank !!! I do not recommend this bank to anyone !!!!
