Very nice staff!

I have not received a deposit for my booking canceled on 23 May 2020 to date (November 2020), even though it would have been partially refunded under the cancellation policy. I have tried to settle the matter with the landlord several times since May, but my emails are no longer answered, the phone is not answered. I also asked for the help of the SZÉP card issuer, but they couldn't help either. Avoid.

Despite our earlier arrival, we were able to occupy the room. Which was clean and tidy. The only downside was the lack of a curtain on the bathroom window. (Semi Street View) Wellness section is good value for money although the back-blowing part of the Jacuzzi did not work although this is a detail issue. Also (obviously because of Covid) the sauna was out of order. In the basement we were able to have fun in the evening (billiards, darts, xbox, elliptical trainer). Breakfast was plentiful with hot food freshly prepared to order. They also tasted great. Only the freshness of the fruits could be disputed. 🤔😁 Opposite free beach. And due to the off-season, there are many parking spaces. (The only annoying thing is cobwebs, but you can survive.) We'll come another time, I recommend! 😊

We arrived 2 hours earlier than it would have been possible to check in (15-19 hours), but as soon as our room was ready, we could already book it. A clean room greeted us. At first it was weird that it was just a room + bathroom (no small kitchen area), but we soon realized it wasn’t even missing. A kettle was enough for the morning coffee. We don’t have breakfast, but on the first morning we looked out of curiosity (I add at 10am) - it was a little poor, which was also brought to our attention at check-in. Due to the heatwave, we did not try the pool. The game room in the basement was soaked just the day we arrived due to the heavy rains, but we didn’t feel the lack of it either. We went to Siófok to relax. We didn't even miss that. But for all that, we needed a place to relax, sleep (!), And that place was very suitable for that. The staff is very helpful, kind. Overall, we left with very positive experiences! Thank you for everything! A small negative: we got a little noisy neighbor for the last night. They listened to the TV very loudly. Terrible!

Homely atmosphere, warm welcome, fantastic breakfasts, super nice reception and laundry clean room. We will stay here next time! ☺️💗
