Perfect stay. Beautiful comfortable room with quality toiletries. Buffet dinner and breakfast with a lot of very tasty options. Such friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended. Cafe Frei in the building and welcome drinks. We received complementary champagne and coffee. Everything was perfect.

Such a cozy accomodation with a super friendly staff and a wonderful place to stay at. The room was beautiful and the bathtub just made it even more special. Our weekend could have not been any better.

We spent 3 days in the deluxe room downstairs. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious. The wellness area is beautiful and relaxed. However, which is unfortunate, we were greeted by an extremely smelly mold odor in our room. We thought we could fix this with ventilation, but unfortunately we can't. As the window of the room opens to the street, we can only leave it open when we are there. By evening it had been very unpleasant to smell so we asked the receptionist to let us go if there was another room. Unfortunately he couldn't find a free room so he had to put up with it there. We also heard other complaints that the room stinks, we don't know what it might be but it caused a very bad experience. We tried to spend as little time there as possible. It was so cold and humid in the entire deluxe room that the toilet paper was constantly wet colt, the pockets too. Towels did not dry either and we put them on the dryer. Overall, we expected more value for money from this location. We have visited many 4 star hotels but there was no example of spending our days relaxing in such a smell.
