I visit it every year since it opened. I recommend this to see to everyone who like literature or JA.

Attila József is the best known of the modern Hungarian poets internationally. His poems have been translated into many languages and he is taught in world literature classes around the globe. With his works he gained a wide critical attention. Ideologically he had started to advocate humane socialism and alliance with all democratic forces. Only a few are aware of the fact that it was Attila József who first formulated the ars poetica of transrealism in his 1937 poem Welcome to Thomas Mann. He died on 3 December 1937, aged 32, at Balatonszárszó, where he was staying at the house of his sister and brother-in-law. Crawling through the railway tracks, he was crushed by a starting train. The memorial house is not far from the spot where he died. The most widely accepted view is that he committed suicide, but some experts say that his death was by accident. The memorial is very informative.

Could be better. In summer there is a festival in August, great family programs.

Interesting but not very intimate. We can learn the life of the great poet by mumbling dryly. Too boring for kids, uninteresting. Much more interesting for adults is the filed folder laid out in two places, which is called the guide to the guide. We can learn many interesting things about József Attila from it. Nice new building, clean, tidy, spacious. Polite guide.

Not to be missed. It brings you closer to everyone, introduces you to the poetic genius. The shirt worn on the last day of Attila József is also on display, which creates a very throat-tight feeling in the visitor. You can also listen to the poet's best-known poems with the help of audio devices, and the touch-screen collection of documentaries, poems and games can be interesting for all ages. I was with my two school children, who have never been so enthusiastic about putting their feet in a museum, they didn't really want to come out, I think that says a lot in today's world ...
