Jubileum Park

Jubileum Square, located next to the Balatonszéplakfelső railway station, was rebuilt, beautified and renewed by the Siófok City Municipality within the framework of the "infrastructure and green space renovation" tender. Perczel Mór Street has become a dead end, from there it is no longer possible to approach the station or the main road 7 directly. The Zsigmond- / Kató- / Mikszáth K streets - probably for financial reasons - no longer got curbs, here the road winds to the grassy Park Surface, which within a few weeks will be ruined by cars that are insensitively parked during use, unfortunately in my opinion it will not be long-lasting. The relocation of the selective glass collector would also be justified, because its approach is currently only possible with park damage. We hope that the small stage will be the scene of refreshing, summer casual programs, a great idea that the space is inclusive and offers an opportunity for casual celebrations / performances! The benches in several places are a delightful novelty, although we could see more on the promenades of the Silver Coast. The Sparkling Well and the petting zoo are a great idea, creative park furnishing items, we hope they will provide an experience for tourists for a long time ... The public toilet building and the solar-powered luminaires near the marketplace are especially commendable. All in all, the Jubilee Park was rebuilt with many novelties and in a modern, well-thought-out form, and it became a pleasant, decorative junction in Balatonszéplakfelső according to the pedestrian, bicycle and car points of view.
