The box wasn't even open, we took it back the same way we brought it. They didn't want to replace it, because they wouldn't take back or replace the gas boiler. we stayed to talk to him and call him back. It happened, they called me back. We went in and asked if the electric boiler is cheaper so will the remaining amount be refunded ?! No, we have to buy it. In this case, we said we would cancel the purchase and refund the full amount. Consumer protection had to be called for all this. The point is, the money was returned. I ask: Why couldn't this be handled flexibly and get to this point smoothly ?? After that, did they think we were going to buy the new boiler there? Joke .. we will never buy here again !!
