I experienced totally randomly sign losses or full outs usually four or five times per day and as always, directly at my working. The customer service team dosen't solve the situation at all. For me it is enough, as long there are other possibilities to keep my home on line, i say bye.

I would work in a home office, but Vidanet makes that impossible. The mechanic communicates in an unqualified tone ... I'm sorry, but they failed me.

Unqualified style from the mechanic. Zero respect. There is no internet but we pay the bill. All bad at home, all our fault just help not have to! He rated us. He made personal remarks. I complained in the center, I look forward to the developments. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE !!

The internet is constantly being disconnected, the service provider is not doing anything to fix it. By no means do I recommend it to anyone.
