The style of the middle-aged lady with short blond hair leaves a lot to be desired with clients. I left with any other account with a positive experience, but never here again. It is below criticism.

I will never come here again. Employees are phlegmatic, not helpful. I wanted to open an account for my children, but they said it was too much work and they were only willing to do it one by one anyway, so come back weeks later, twice and only before 4pm (of course only on certain days) (no one was waiting for us !!!) Then why are they open until 7pm? Am I for them or are they for me?
