I do not recommend this account to anyone. Terribly slow, not customer friendly. You’d rather travel a little more to the next bank branch but don’t go here in any way.

The "kind" clerk told me in a bouncing style that I had pressed the wrong button. I indicated that I was aware of it, but I did not know what it should have been, as it was not an everyday matter and I could not find such a menu item. Then he tells me that I can't use my card for the given operation, I take the money, he waits. In the 21st century, this is completely unrealistic ... I didn't. He'll let me know that I can take care of it from home. I informed you that no, as it can only be made in your own name, not as a gift. I should be aware of their menu bar, but he does his own work no?!?! This is far from quality service.

I’m not saying I like to go there, but sometimes it’s inevitable for me to go in and then one knows very well that I have to wait I have to, like any busy “shop”! Crowded, there are a lot of blablabla ... this is the kind of person who doesn't like to do things on the phone or on the internet ... Thank God now either I'm so lucky or I don't know, but so far I haven't had any trouble with anyone in the administration, even though there are they are like a boring machine, just say the standard text and add no kindness and private opinion to help the person’s decision with this, unlike Andrea Böjti, who I didn’t visit 1x anymore and was always kind and helpful to me! Anyone who has experienced the opposite, I'm sorry .... So there's not much trouble with this "little" OTP. Obviously there is always better, but worse ...
