I have rented cars here twice and everything was perfect. Nice staff, no complications, deposit was unblocked in a week, and really favorable prices. I didn’t have the negative experience others wrote here.
DO NOT even consider this company. I would give 0 stars if it would be possible.
I rented a car for 1 week. They closed at 8 PM so I picked up the car without anyone being in the parking lot as I got they keys from their desk at the airport.
Once I took the car back, I had to take it back outside of their working hours because of my flight time.
The car was returned in the same condition I received it as it was a brand new car. It only needed a slight wash.
After 3 days I get an email from them that the car was sent for verification and that the wheel changing kit was missing. I did not have a flat, so I did not use it. I told them, if it wasn't there when I took it back, then it wasn't there in the firts place.
They still charged me over £250 for the kit which I never touched.
They could of easily taken it out before taking it to the engineer for verification just to charge me extra money. Freaking thieves! Even if you return the car in pristine condition and they cannot find anything wrong, they will make something wrong, count on it!
STAY FAR AWAY!

if you book a ford focus,you get an outdated opel combo. they saying its the same category. they charged me for damage i was not responsible. go to klaswagen ,they treat you like human,and cars are brand new..
Don't even think about renting from these thieves. They will rob you by making up fake damage report. They even checked the bottom of the car to look for damages. They deserve no star.
Never ever again! I booked a car via check24 with all insurance included. At th desk they gave me some papers for signing without saying that they have booked a insurance for me for 99€ additionally. After a complaint no solution from the customer Service! Playing tricks on your clients is a pity!
