The attitude / customer-centricity of the employees is catastrophic, their communication style and helpfulness - to put it mildly - is poor! (What I’ve experienced 4-5 times.) Let’s just say it’s plenty enough to keep my good habit, if I don’t have to, I don’t take care of my affairs in the mail.

I have had negative experiences with their (non) services on several occasions. If you’re the only customer in the mail and one employee teaches the other what immediately engages two people, you still understand, but at the other window, the third employee also has to enter data on the machine just because you’re there for minutes while you don’t. ... that's more trouble. In this office, by the way, if the service staff is different, things will still be problematic. The problem, in my view, is mainly the disorganization, the downtrodden attitude of the people working there, the lack of space, the depreciated nature of the place, which just puts it all shoveled.

This is the most backward mail in the country, and employees who, if not me, can do anything with you, greet customers in a self-governing style, talk in an instructional and management style, and even refuse a written complaint ...

They're terribly angry with a man if he goes in there to make a case. Most of the time there is an "urgent" meeting for the ladies working at the post office when 6-7 people are in line ... They should be aware of the fact that up to 100 other postal speakers would be welcome to their jobs ...
