Personnel was kind, food was great and more than enough and the place itself is very calm and big. There is a lake with boats, seats alongside the lake which are perfect for the afternoon nap. If you need to visit a town you can do it on foot even if you feel very remote in the center.

Finally a place that welcomes large families! We spent very pleasant days in the Chirping. We really felt at home. If we hadn't moved out, it would still have been possible to spend a family vacation here, economically. We loved the lake where you can go boating, swimming, fishing (we also caught fish!). Two cool playgrounds, a forest gym, a bowling alley, a trampoline and ball courts move the lurkers outside. We were able to spend some of the rainy time playing billiards and socializing inside, then we walked in the woods and picked mushrooms. Rubber boots are a must! 😃 Participants also enjoy the programs organized every day. (There were, for example, morning running, animal feeding, baking bread in the oven, campfire, treasure hunting.) The staff and owners are kind, hospitable and helpful people, the food is homely, the environment is beautiful. There are plenty of activities nearby, the Lenti Thermal Bath is about a ten to fifteen minute drive away. Not a week is enough for one to discover everything. A bit of our childhood was evoked by the many lurkers, the friendships and programs made. The kids are already asking for a sequel, so beware! It leads to addiction!
