average waiting time is 10-15 minutes. it does not matter how much they are waiting (if 1 person is in front of me even if there is a post office behind 5 service desks). to give or take up a package for about 20 minutes, since only one window can be solved, with 7 windows with an average of 5 operating. if I can do it, I'm going to go to a small village post. I'm just in a packet case. (unfortunately) most people are kind and helpful. there is a problem with the system!

I love it and not only because I work here. We try to do our best to make our customers satisfied.

Why not pick up the phone? If this may cause damage to the client, then the post would assume leadership responsibility?

I have not been dropping the phone for two days or which post I've been calling so far .........

I call their number busy, then call it 10mp later, they will not be picked up. We played this from 9am to 4pm every 20 minutes. Disgusting. Everything for Customers 😂🤘✌
