During my stay there was a problem with the wi fi. The hotel is reasonable for the price, very quiet.

Nice pools, friendly stuff.

Just don't want to go there

March 2016. We've been back here for years, so far. Our current experience is daunting. In the rooms, the wallpaper is torn off, the curtains are torn, and there are all sorts of stains on the carpet. the mirror in the elevator was broken. Not everything works in wellness. In the restaurant (I know you don’t have to look up, though) the dusty cobwebs hang from the chandeliers. There is no selection of baked goods for breakfast, in a good case 2-3 types of bread, plus a croissant. Dinner (especially compared to previous years) in deplorable flavors and offerings. No children's menu! There is no drink list, you will find out afterwards how much you drank. There is no beer selection. The floor of the restaurant is divided into several pieces. The room was booked for 3 weeks! The card terminal does not work when paying, but I was offered to walk to a "nearby" ATM in the pouring rain, or stay at 2500, - / person until 4 in the afternoon, in case the bank card reader gets better ..... I don't know what happened here , but we won't come here anymore. :(

We are sorry to hear that the hotel service was a disappointment! We were with you 5 years ago, we were very satisfied then, in every way. Now, with the exception of the restaurant staff, we found fault with almost everything, even though that was not our goal. Room cleanliness, TV remote control fault, bathroom faucet (repaired on request) impossible toilet tank operation, corridor "crypt" lighting, wellness opening, restaurant deficiencies (no fruit, poor compared to the offer 5 years ago selection in food ...) The adventure pool was sometimes only available on request. We did not find people standing at the height of the situation at the reception either. You can’t starve to death, but for a 4-star hotel, it’s not duking. We're sorry, but we don't want it back
