Dear Customer Service! Instead of polite and pathetic explanatory explanations, it would be worth considering the interests of customers from the customer's point of view ... (see average of valuables) Is it really good for us that the clerks at the counters talk to each other, there is no one in the cash register minutes after opening, while the customers with the serial number are taken out of the customer waiting area ??? Press a serial number and get tired. Max 6 m2 where EVERYONE is waiting. They take care of me. Great ... In the frankly warm bank branch, meanwhile, everything comes in handy. The client arriving on the date (we waited together, we took the lead) was deported for at least 10 minutes while the bank was sneezing out of emptiness ... In the past, a dear client, having finished his case, set up a mini office in his briefcase inside, and the commission guard and bank staff looked at it politely. There were at least five of us waiting outside. Don’t ask for my understanding, just change. There's my money, I have expectations ... and it's getting worse 👎

This is not the first time I have had to wait more than 1.5 hours for administration. Today 's latest: I drew a serial number at 10.15. He was also called in at 11.00. Because I wanted to cancel the bill, they sent me upstairs. There, after another 20 minutes, I asked him when it would be my turn to start dealing with me once. I received a letter asking people with my bank account (there are three of us) to contact the bank for customer due diligence to update our details. If the bank wants something, then get tired of coming to me (if you can't arrange it by phone or e-mail) we won't waste three days off and stand in line for hours + parking ticket, because otherwise the administration is very slow. At least there would be a number 80 where we could handle these matters and not at the expense of the client.
