Why do they give a phone number if they never pick it up? Clerks are also not available via email. Where does customer focus stay?

With an enormous minus, the account is making a stupid thing about their misguided data reconciliation, sending their clients from one account to another in a phlegm style, the average policy, unacceptable! In addition, the Guinness record of the working pace, as opposed to the DunaTarque, almost 20 times over all my time! We write 2019 and use systems that lack reliability, and this is what the employees talk to each other in the ears of the client, suggesting tremendous confidence

The number of waiters is always significant, who come here to prepare for min. half an hour to wait. This is true at any time of the day. Out of 7 counters, 3 work well. This afternoon at 2 AM! The administration is nice but terribly slow.

Although this account is not the primary one, when I come here I always count on nice staff and reasonable waiting times. So far I have not been disappointed in them.
