The internal medicine specialist guessed without any examination, based on the findings so far, but we did not make any progress in diagnosing the disease and did not send him for other examinations. It is not a problem that the service is paid, but to the clinic. How can an internist complain of abdominal pain and ignore all kinds of tests ?!

Paid health care in a beautiful environment. Parking in the yard. Flexible appointment or modification if required. They were always kind in all cases, waiting time was minimal, a few minutes. I can comment in more detail on cardiology, where Dr. Ernő Végh examined and helped - kindly and with care so that I could be okay. I was satisfied, the recommended treatment is also successful. They pay attention to what the patient says, nothing is ‘downplayed’. I didn't regret turning here.

My parents have been insured with Medicover for years. The monthly insurance amount changed this year, but my parents received the old check, my father asked for a new, increased amount check, this did not happen, my mother's insurance was suspended, she could not request an appointment for an important medical examination for weeks. An apology was missed and my mother’s examination may have been delayed. Part of the truth is that he was examined by a great doctor. But that doesn’t change your responsibility, it’s clearly a shortcoming of the clinic. My parents will not write reviews and objections, they will speak on the phone at most, they have been brought up to contain injustice and grievance

We got an appointment for a varicose vein examination by consulting someone at the clinic in Győr that a doctor of internal medicine had been contacted. When we got there, the receptionist puzzled and told me, in a jerky way, that the doctor wasn't doing that. On the one hand, we didn't ask for it this way, and on the other hand, they asked for a phone number, an email address, and they couldn't notify me that there was a mistake. They rob one's time and patience and their communication is exactly zero. Everything has to be agreed with the Pest center, but something is not working very well. Our address was also completely misrepresented, instead of xx34 instead of xx00 and zip code and a few other little things. We chose them because of the good reviews, but unfortunately we were not lucky.
