I met with tremendous patience and helpfulness today. I asked for the help of the pharmacist lady. He explained the possibilities in detail and in the end also wished for improvement for my mother. 🙏

Yesterday I went to the pharmacy in the Arcade with my little son. I ask the lady who works there if I can buy a medical mask because I heard from one of my colleagues that it might already be available. Here the older lady at the other counter spoke to us in a rather sullen and instructive tone. This is not acceptable at any pharmacy. This made me realize that I wouldn't buy any more there. Hope your dear lady will learn from this case and change her behavior in the future.

Some e-prescriptions are not seen in the machine for some reason, which is not the case elsewhere.

I have not been in a pharmacy where the seller looked stupid because I could not name the disease and where they did not want to help, but they were treated with the buyer. So I do not recommend it.
