I recently bought an electric wafer ride. I described to the seller that I missed the translation page from the package, so I don't buy any more from the company. I WITHDRAW THIS VALUE AND I RECOMMEND THIS HEART TO EVERYONE! Namely, the story that I didn't complain, but an employee of the company read my review and they sent me a mix sheet. Unfortunately, we caught a faulty washing machine. The part did not arrive. After 3 weeks, a replacement machine was offered. After 30 days we received a replacement voucher. It was an unfortunate situation for all of us. The inconveniences and annoyances were handled humanely by the staff. Thank You.
