Very poor service ! I cancelled my license plate. Sent the official proof of cancellation that I got from the government and still they didn't end my insurance. I had to get back my money partially, after 5 months I still didn't receive anything but a renewal cheque for the next year. Stay away there if you don 't want to be robbed !

Don’t be angry, but if they say at 15:50 that they’ll call you back on a matter of contracting, and then wait nicely for 5 p.m., after they’re not available anyway, it’s utterly cheeky. I indicate at 16:20 I said I was not called and I was waiting! Thank you for your kind help.

We concluded Casco a week ago, to be inspected they said the insurance colleague is applying. Nothing happened when we called them they said the Groupama should be called because they are just Brokers. The Groupama is of course unreachable. This is about Null Komma nichts administration. Oh and they first approached them.
