Tavaly voltak nálam gázkazán szervizelés miatt nem is volt semmi gond nagyon gyorsan jött a szerelő,ezért idén is őket hívtam egyeztettünk időpontot úgy szerveztük hogy otthon legyünk erre hívták hogy nekik mégsem jó kb az ötödik időpont felelt csak meg nekik amikor mi is otthon voltunk oké ez még belefér mindenkinek közbejöhet valami.Jött a szerelő megcsinálta a szervízt aztán pár nap múlva látom hogy nincs rendesen visszarakva a burkolat hívom őket közli egy hölgy hogy erre biztos nem fog most ráérni a szerelö,hív a szerelő hogy itt csavarozzak ott csináljak ezt meg azt mert ezért nem jön ki de ha nem tudom megcsinálni hívjam újra!hát azért ez szerintem dúrva és kritikán aluli!

In the simplified boiler replacement procedure, we had nothing to do but order the replacement, provide our details, and sign the official documents on the day of installation. On the day of the installation, Martin Martin and his colleague arrived on time, to whom we would like to thank again for their fast, precise and smooth work. I have had negative experiences with it before, but you are forced to swallow frog if you have a problem with your boiler and do not want to freeze. However, he naively thinks that if you treat the mechanic like a male egg, he will not force you, but wait his turn (1.5 months), and will pay you what he asks for the assembly and will do his part. I did not dare to think that one does not appreciate the other's work so much that he cannot do so that he cannot make a phone call one and a half months in advance, assuming that one is sitting at home all day waiting for him. We were standing before the replacement of a condensing gas boiler with a chimney lining. We chose a sympathetic mechanic. He despised a Bosch boiler with us, and when we tried to arrange a date for installation, he disappeared. After 3 weeks we got bored and we found him over the internet at Mester-Gáz Kft. To our great surprise, perhaps this is how we did best. Even the on-site survey and quotation was the same as in the general ledger. The mechanic promised to arrive between 10 and 11 am. At 10:05 he was already ringing. He promised to send his offer within a week. The next day he was in my mailbox, item by item, satisfying every question. It turned out that they had a license for simplified boiler replacement, so the maceration of the licensing and technical drawing was missing. They were in our mid-August survey, then by the end of September they dared to promise the installation. After accepting the quote, we called them when to expect them. It was promised Aug. The 21st is scheduled to meet the needs that have come. August 21 was called also Aug. On the 27th the boiler was already installed. The chimney was rented from above, so they did not break anything and they report to the gas supplier to replace the boiler. They took the old boiler and had to ask the fitters not to wash the floor afterwards, and we did it. We are 100% satisfied.
