I did not receive the ordered tile for the promised claim. When shipped, it contained a complete box of broken tiles (11 pieces), which they knew because 2 tiles were placed on top of the foiled tile package. According to their carrier, it's good that the paver cuts anyway. I sent it back. I asked the store to replace it, and they mockingly taught me that "it used to be bad if this box was missing, no waste was counted." I reassured the seller that he was counting on him and I didn’t buy a box of puzzles, a replacement. As a result, a tile came in place of the wall tile. Now I'm waiting for that to change. Weeks go by, the professionals don’t wait for me, of course, they have a thousand things to do. Unprofessionalism, incorrectness.
