I have been two times in this hotel within 7 weeks. First time, i hade a lot of observations, particularly regarding the F&B, but also the service level. For the second visit, the stuff and management has really tried to pay attention on every aspect. I have been upgraded, free breakfast, you name it. Thanks!. However, it´s plenty left on the service side, including the restaurant.

The renovated Paris Passage is a true spectacle. Beautiful carved wood interior accompanied by exquisite glass domes. It houses a hotel and coffee house. It is a must see for everyone in Budapest!
