The customer service is friendly (always with me, but my colleagues don't believe this is), but they already hate in the store why you should be there, then buy it. Thousands of products are "in" so, in quotation marks. It's hard to find a shop, an office, and the gugli doesn't help either. And the most beautiful one: I was inquiring about a product, the lady kindly said she looked up, put the phone on the table, but I still heard on the line that "these are what people always call me at lunch time" ... at half past twelve. That's it.
