The staff were super friendly and nice. They offered to explain all the truism attraction and availability. The room was clean and the location is great.

Apartment hotel in a very good location. If you're not afraid of walking then you can get to many interesting places around town by foot. If you don't like walking - major transportation options just a block away. On top of that you've got plenty of eating and shopping right outside, cell phone providers, currency exchange, souvenirs, you name it. Everything a tourist needs to get started. Service wise everyone was very polite and nice, from the booking emails to our actual arrival. They even offer transfer service from the airport to the hotel free of charge. The rooms were excellent, very clean and as advertised. Breakfast was good, nothing extraordinary. Highly recommended if you're looking for an apartment hotel in Budapest.

I approached the property to change a booking in September due to easyjet cancelling their flights due to Covid travel restrictions and was informed that they have a strict 'no change policy' which I don't find fair or reasonable in the current climate. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this property as they are the most unhelpful people I have ever come across in Budapest.

I think we made the right decision to stay in one of the apartments. The location of the hotel is very strategic, right in the middle of the city center and everything is accessible. Food is relatively easy to get, a few minutes walk to most of the tourist attractions. My mum, aunt and I simply loved the breakfast! There were many choices and the food variety was excellent! We booked a room for 3 and it was big enough for all of us, the room was fully furnished and basics were equipped. The only drawback was because there was minor constructions on the same level that we were staying and it was quite noisy.

Great value for the price! Best location in town, close to the metro station and a walk to all the important places. The room was comfortable with all we could think of ( wine opener, silverware, wine glasses, baby bath, bottle of water, tea, coffee atc.) The airport shuttle E100 is right behind the corner from the hotel, so it was super easy to get from and to the flight with all the luggage. The staff was nice and welcoming! We will definitely come back to this place next year on our winter vacay.
