While the neighboring MC lounge is open, the Skycourt lounge prefers homeworking. All the bars and restaurants are opened.

The SkyCourt Lounge at Budapest Airport is an absolute disappointment. Even though the staff is friendly and doing a great job (in Hungarian standards only...), and the lounge is rather clean and organized, this place is far from relaxing. The small size of this place results in sitting close to each other, feeling trapped in a crowded box. The selection of meals and drink is far from acceptable: terrible quality cheap breakfast, only a handful of options to select from, wine on tap, bad machine coffee... and the list goes on and on. This lounge is a joke -- it wasn't acceptable 20 years ago, let alone in the 21st century.

Come well-fed and well-rested: restaurants are expensive, the wait is forever, not enough places to sit down (plenty of space on the ground, though), lines in the washroom, no soap in the washroom. Eastern Europe. Low cost flights leave from a tent-like structure in the taxiway (between the planes), the toilets there are in a construction container (really). Despite a record number of visitors, the airport is not spending enough to expand capacity. Perhaps the owners don't believe in the long-term prospects of "illiberalism" ...

Just awful. You would be better off going to any other lounge or another bar/restaurant. No windows. Depressing. Rubbish wine/food. Avoid.

Fine lounge. Spread of cold cuts, simple salads, alcohol, etc. fairly large seating rooms. Nothing special but easy to get to
