They were knowledgeable, helpful, the tools I bought worked almost on their own, excellent quality! I'm very satisfied. I bought a tile hole, I drilled a tile for the first time in my life, I didn’t even think it would be so beef easy. I didn't even know there was such a f @ sza drill tip and it was so excellent to drill tiles. I had to furnish tiles almost in my mother's home, I fell on it a lot, I was very excited about the layman, there was an arm, everyone was dying, dirty with the tool and the correct information and advice.
