There was no problem with disembarkation and sampling, but: The test was taken from us (4 people, 1 of them symptomatic) on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. after my 85-year-old grandfather was hospitalized with a coronavirus infection. Around noon on Monday, I inquired by phone about our test results as they haven’t arrived yet and it’s not about one person like I said one of us is producing symptoms. The dispatcher lady let me know that their lab service was exceptionally not working on Sunday, so we will get the results tomorrow (well over 24 hours). After asking if it was urgent and outlining the situation, yes it was and asking if there was nothing to do now? he laughed kindly into the phone and declared no. I don't think this situation is so funny, and with the disembarkation, one expects a little more for the 92,000 ft service.

I did a PCR test with them and I am 100% satisfied. The sampler was extremely kind and helpful. The result was obtained in less than 24 hours. I'll do it here next time!

They tested it on Thursday, I got the result next Tuesday when it was promised Friday or Saturday at the pick-up location. They were out of reach by phone all the time, picking up the phone every two days for about 20 rings. They promised to call back if there was any news. Surprisingly, this did not happen once. The results of my second test were already plentiful when I was still waiting for the first. It turned out later that the code assigned to my test was misspelled. Everyone can make mistakes, that's not the problem. But with the fact that after I transferred the money to me, they didn't get it, I didn't reach them for days, and I just waited to see if there was anything.

After filling in the questionnaire, they agreed on a date quickly and kindly, but they did not show up at the agreed time, since then they have not picked up the phone or answered my messages.
