We ordered a bachelor party, approx. 2 weeks before the event. There was a bit of confusion because another booking was somehow registered for that date. (Part of the thing is that I included it on their own site in their own system, but I chose the wrong option, which I modified by email, it may have slipped here.) They were informed about it 2 days before the event, but in the end I managed to fix it, very in a professional way. Instead of the 12-person limo included in the fund, the 16-person big limo was sent, at the price of 12 people, of course. The pilot was normal, helped, cooperative. We were very satisfied.
