NOT recommended! No answer for phone calling, for messages... I booked a King Studio Apartman for one night on their official webpage. In the confirmation e-mail they informed me, that I would get the code number of the key safe box via email on the day of arrival, and I would be able to get the key, and enter the apartment. But on the day of arrival, they did not send me any e-mail. Their preferred contact options are: e-mail, Viber, and Facebook Messenger, so I sent them a message via Messenger at 14:45. No answer. Half hour later, I sent them a message on Viber. No answer. Then I called them four times, but no answer. Then I wrote an e-mail either. No answer. Before night, my wife and I were spending some time in Budapest, so I hoped that till the end of the day, they would call me, and tell me the details of getting in, and everything would be okay. We arrived at the address of the Apartment at 23:20. The door was closed. I checked my e-mails, my messages, but no answers from the hotel. I called them 3 times again, but they did not received my call. An instruction was written on the entrance glass: 'Please ring the doorbell No.80'. We rang several times. Of course nothing happened, no one responded, just like all day. My wife and I were standing there, in the middle of the night with our luggage, and could not get into the booked apartment!! The next day, I received an e-mail from the hotel. They wrote me, that there was some issue with my credit card, and that's the reason, why they did not send me the code of key safe box. WHAT?? Why didn't you call me? Why didn't you send me an e-mail about it? Why didn't you answer my calls? I have another credit card, and my wife has one, either. Why didn't you inform me about this issue at the day of my arrival? Why did you just let your customer standing in front of the closed door at night? Then they wrote me a pack of lies: 1. 'They tried to reach me several times.' No they did not, NEVER. I can show my phone call log, and my mailbox. 2. 'The phone number works until 17:00, that's why they did not respond.' Thats lie no.2.... It works until 20:00, but actually whatever... I tried to reach them at 14:45 first. That time is earlier than 17:00. When I told her, that I could not tolerate their lies, they offered me 4 EUR discount. Yes, its true, they thought, 4 EUR discount would be a superb compensation. Unbelievable...

Ideal location to see all the places of interest in Budapest. Everything was within comfortable walking distance. Hotel was nice and quiet at night. Room was nice and clean but don't expect room service if you're in a studio room. Room could have done with a full size mirror. Good range of channels available on the TV including Netflix which was a nice touch.

Very nice room. Receptionists were very helpful and all went smooth. We stayed there in mid September 2019. There is a store under renovations in the building next door. Every day at 9:00 they start drilling and banging, so i wouldn't recommend the hotel for those who stay in late, just until the renovations are over
