Erkel Theater

Beautiful theater! We went to see the ballet of The Swan Lake, it was a magical presentation! The dancers and the orchestra were spotless! The theater staff crew is very polite and willing to help everyone.

We attended the "István, a Kiraly" musical. It was wonderfully performed and had both Hungarian and English subtitles. The theatre is well designed and it is a place worth visiting.

The places is grate but the acustic could be better

We saw the Nutcracker. It was a fantastic performance. The orchestra were brilliant, and the dancers very professional. The theatre is a good size with comfortable seating. It appears well maintained with up to date decor - a great venue for this ballet. I advise ordering refreshments in advance for the interval - if you don't, be prepared for a long queue.

Beautiful theater of Budapest. Nowadays the performances are happening there since the Opera is getting renovated. The performance was beautiful and if I have the change I will go again. Logical prices with high cultural value. Worth visiting and enjoying a night there. The view was beautiful and the acoustic was very nice. You could see the orchestra playing and the performance. A unique experience!
