Paid service, however, the package is not shipped, the tracking option is a disaster, due to the time interval they give (8: 00-17: 00) I waited for the package all day and then after 17:00 I received an email to be delivered to the nearest post office . Not a phone call, nothing. Thank you for allowing me to pay for the queue at the post office in covid time and wait for the package for a day which I could have actually bought and brought home in any store without a delivery charge. 👏🏻👏🏻

At least I'd pick up the phone if they can't find my package anymore. It was a pre-Christmas delivery, the package is nowhere, the notice is in vain with me, the package is still on Competition Street. I call them 10 times a day for more than a week.

The system is malfunctioning. The deliverer does not ring, does not speak, does not try to get into the stairwell, without words the caller is called unsuccessful. No one gives you a contact so that you can check with him about barmir by phone. It is not the district post office but the package that takes it back to the center, so that it only complicates the situation and the package arrives later. Only every second employee can write or read. Rude, lazy. Of course, I respect the exception, but if I can, I will avoid the services of Magyar Posta.

The post office is slower and more age-old now than it was decades ago, and it is accumulating errors. Pathetic.
