The cemetery on Bokodi Street used to be called Calvary and it sounds almost unbelievable, but I played a lot here because I spent my childhood on Bem József Street and we went here to go sledding in winter and cycling in summer. That’s why I knew exactly that there are two graves here from two great-grandparents, because I always visited these at the time. So, returning after 50 years, I had only faint memories of where they might be, but with the guidance of the office, I managed to localize both. One is an approx. The 70-year-old tombstone, which is still stable - was a professional distinguished military officer, by the way, who showed great courage - and I was very surprised that there was a candle on it and I don't think anyone in the family goes there anymore. The other, my great-grandmother - whom I knew personally - was just a wooden cross tomb, and I even found its rotten side boards in the approx. Despite 50 years without any crosses or markings. I think there is a special atmosphere in this cemetery and it is interesting that this feeling is the approx. 50 years from now, it still remains today.
